Welcome to PossAbilities Plus
We are committed to young adults with special needs and their families.
Our participants are matched with hands-on training and social opportunities that help build the skills, confidence and resume necessary to become gainfully employed in the community. In addition, participants have the opportunity to earn certifications in areas such as food safety, first aid, and childcare.
Our goal is to provide family resources, support, and training to build confidence and skills, including self-advocacy. Crucial life skills are integrated into a variety of programs designed to enhance the life and well-being of participants.
- Job Training – Building better job skills thru hands-on job training and social opportunities.
- Parent Resources – Parent and Family support including IEP and school resources.
- Workshops – We embrace innovative and progressive techniques in a safe and fun environment.

We Strive to Build a Community

We host small group classes for life skills, job skills, and certifications which provide participants opportunities to build solid resumes and secure gainful employment in the community.
Here are some of the offerings available through PossAbilities Plus.
Cup of Dreams Tearoom is a café where participants learn all aspects of operating a food service operation through the Kitchen-to-Table course and ongoing cooking, kitchen management and customer service.
Unique Boutique is an upscale resale store that gives clients retail and customer service training opportunities.
The Secret Garden provides horticultural experiences and training under the guidance of our volunteer Master Gardeners.
SocialAbilities is a social hub with a variety of in-person activities designed to foster relationships in a fun and safe environment.
